How do I receive my files?
After your payment is confirmed, the files you ordered are shared to your Google account. You will get an email from Google Drive with the link.
Why do I need a Google account?
Access is managed through Google Drive, which shares files with a Google account. A Gmail address works.
Can I download the worked solutions?
Notes and worksheets are downloadable PDFs. Worked solutions are view-only online.
How long does it take to get access?
Once your payment is confirmed, access is usually shared within one working day.
Can I share my files with friends?
Each purchase is for the named student only. Please do not share files or access links with others.
Can I get a refund?
As the materials are digital, purchases are non-refundable once access has been shared. If there is a problem with a file, contact us and we will put it right.
